I'm having the same issues that everybody else is having. I figured it might be a "worker shortage" , but this is how they have composed themselves for years now. They won't answer the phone, won't answer email. I had to try a different department and finally got somebody on the line. I didn't even finish my sentence where I was apologizing for choosing the wrong department, when they hung up in my face.
